How did Dr. Kelly help?
I cannot thank Dr. Kelly enough for what she has done for me. I began having nighttime incontinence and was not sure what brought it on. After many tests and lots of medication with a different doctor, GA Urology referred me to Ashlei to help avoid surgery. She figured out my problem on the very first visit. It was a result of my Sleep Apnea. It had nothing to do with my bladder. From day one I was able to talk to her so comfortably. She is very patient and understanding, with a wealth of information. Ashlei has given me the tools and the confidence to understand how to battle my problem. She is so wonderful. Many thanks.

Dr. Kelly provided great insight into my issue with my pelvic floor. Through working with her, I learned of muscle tightness and how to alleviate it. She was very thorough in educating me and she made me feel extremely comfortable the entire time. I highly recommend her!
I initially sought treatment for my painful bladder syndrome. Dr. Kelly was able to reduce my pain and teach me how to continue at home. Months later, I began to experience severe vaginal pain and didn’t know who to call. I called Dr. Kelly and she worked me into her schedule to examine me. She examined me and referred me right away to a specialist to be diagnosed and treated for Lichen Sclerosis. Dr. Kelly had enough knowledge to know what was wrong and who could help me. I kicked my self because I refused an internal exam for months because I was nervous. If she examined me sooner, I may not have experienced the severe pain I went through. If you have questions or pelvic pain, come see Dr. Kelly and she will offer her expertise or refer you to someone who can help.
Dr. Kelly started treating me for constant pain, pain with sex and ED. I was previously diagnosed with prostatitis, used antibiotics for 2 months straight, and did not get better. I was having painful sex and I’ve been using Cialis for a couple of years and thought that was the only way that I could have sex. After 2 months of therapy, I am pain free, having pain free sex, and no longer using Cialis for erections. I have a better understanding of my body and what triggers my symptoms. I would recommend any man to seek help to come here. It helps tremendously!
I had my prostate removed 3 months before I started seeing Dr. Kelly. I was using SO many diapers a day and I was embarrassed to go to work or social events. I also had not had an erection since the surgery. Dr. Kelly gave me the freedom to be happy that my cancer was gone but to be sad that I had incontinence and a potentially non existent sex life. After working with Dr. Kelly was professional and caring, she made me comfortable explaining my symptoms. . She took the time to answer my questions and provide insight into my problems. Dr. Kelly for 3 months, I am no longer peeing my pants and I’ve been able to have an intimate experience with my wife. We worked hard and we did much more than the kegels that were given to me in a handout. The doctors took my cancer but Dr. Kelly gave me my life back. Thank you!

I came in with a lot of tightness and pain, to the point that I had gone to the ER to get screened for testicular torsion. Thankfully, that was not the issue, and I was recommended to Dr. Kelly for physical therapy. She quickly identified muscle areas that were tight all the way up into my abdomen, which seemed to be causing my pain. After the first appointment, my pain began to decrease a lot. The exercises she gave me were simple and easy to stay consistent with. After another couple of appointments, I was pain free. Dr. Kelly is awesome to work with, and I felt that she took the time to also educate me about my body and how certain things can trigger pain. I would definitely recommend treatment with her!
Ashlei is very professional and careful to make you feel super comfortable. She solved my issue and I’m super pleased in the bedroom now. Hallelujah. I’ve enjoyed working with her on this journey and she is so educated and intuitive. I hope I don’t continue to need her, but would go back in an instant if necessary. And I’ll totally send friends to her.
Dr. Ashlei Kelly has brought me back to enjoying life! I started experiencing Bladder Prolapse about a year ago. It continued to worsen over the next several months, causing me to abstain from exercising and walking. I sought help at GA Urology and they right away connecting me with Ashlei. My initial visit was very informative. Ashlei, first of all, made me feel extremely comfortable with the discussion, plus the physical exam. I appreciated her thorough explanation and illustration using the plastic model. She was able to tell me what was causing the issue and what we could do to correct it. Ashlei’s patience with trying a couple of options kept me engaged in the process. She went beyond expectations by working with me during a travel committment I had. Currently, I am using a Cube Pessary with ease and complete comfort. (I remove the cube once a week to clean and reinsert. Ashlei’s instructions were excellent!) I am back to exercising and walking, adding exercises targeting specific muscles. Thanks to Dr. Kelly, my bladder is staying in place, the inconvenience and stress of urine leakage has subsided. Life is Good! I totally encourage anyone, regardless of age, who is experiencing Bladder Prolapse to seek help from a Total Pelvic Care professional: Dr. Ashlei Kelly.
I came to Dr. Kelly at my weakest time in my body. I had just had a hysterectomy, and because I preferred to go the holistic or natural way, I suggested to my urologist that I get physical therapy for my bladder. The suggestion was the best thing I could have done. I was feeing a little pressure on my bladder, but not a lot; and I was urinating too frequently and couldn’t hold off urinating for more than two hours.
I had heard from talking to other women on my job about how they were experiencing the same thing, but were told by their Doc. that it was in their head. I really expected Dr. Kelly to say the same, but because Dr. Kelly takes time to listen to your needs, I felt very very comfortable when I was given therapy and home exercises. She would take the time to explain any of the procedures.
She has very excellent bedside manner. She is very knowledgeable about her practice and very concerned about her patients. I’m now able to go out in public without wearing a pad. I give 5+ out of 5 stars.
Ms. Ashlei has made Biofeedback Therapy for my 7 year old daughter so enjoyable since day 1. She gave my daughter so much respect for her personal boundaries and created the absolute necessary relationship that needed to occur for success in therapy. She explained in the simplest terms to me and my daughter exactly why she may be experiencing urinary and bowel incontinence. This information made me as a parent SO much more understanding of what was going on with my daughter- which helps me to help her better (doctors often lack this skill). As a 7 year old having accidents at school- Ms Ashlei helped my daughter find ways to combat this in so many different ways that fit our lives. Various resources were used and creative ideas suggested for at home help between appointments. My daughter has ADHD, but thankfully Ms Ashlei was SO patient- certainly more patient than I am! We have had many successes and many failures throughout this process but Ms. Ashlei has been a tremendous help throughout this whole process! I already drive 2.5 hr to get to the office she is at now- however I would drive 5 hours if it meant we get to work with her. Forever grateful to her.
